Methodology & Verification

Atelier Production Pipeline

From initial concept to verified international delivery.

Every garment at SVETA LAB passes through a disciplined 9-step quality pipeline designed to eliminate production ambiguity and guarantee structural integrity.

STEP 01
01 / Submit Design

Send your fashion sketch, technical drawing, photograph, or moodboard through our quote intake. We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files.

STEP 02
02 / Manufacturability Review

Our patternmakers examine seam angles, stretch direction, hardware paths, and gauge suitability within 24–48 hours.

STEP 03
03 / Estimate

You receive a clear breakdown of development costs, prototype pricing, and volume production tier estimates without hidden fees.

STEP 04
04 / Development / Prototype

Our technicians draft 2D digital patterns, calibrate negative ease percentages, and construct the initial sample toile.

STEP 05
05 / Approval

The prototype is inspected on body. Any required adjustments to collar height, wrist opening, or zipper clearance are finalized.

STEP 06
06 / Measurements

For Made-to-Measure orders, verified client measurements are ingested and translated into customized individual cut files.

STEP 07
07 / Production

Sheeting panels are rotary cut and hand-bonded using solvent vulcanization with uniform 10mm lap seams and reinforcement discs.

STEP 08
08 / Quality Control

Every piece undergoes optical seam inspection, joint tension verification, solvent residue degreasing, and surface conditioning.

STEP 09
09 / Shipping

Finished garments are talc-preserved or chlorinated, vacuum-sealed in UV-resistant packaging, and dispatched via express courier.
