Anatomical Fit Architecture

Made-to-Measure Latex Production

Different customers. Same design. Individual fit.

We do not require a brand to hold every size in inventory. Our made-to-measure workflow translates individual client measurements into single-cut garments that fit like an engineered second skin.

Why Standard Sizing Fails in Sheet Latex

Woven fabrics rely on ease and drape. Sheet latex relies entirely on elastic tension. If a latex garment is 2% too loose, it wrinkles and bunches. If it is 5% too tight across the torso, it restricts breathing and exerts excessive shear force on joint seams.

By calculating tension gradients dynamically across each anatomical segment, SVETA LAB achieves zero-bagginess fit while preserving full freedom of movement.

How Fashion Labels Operate MTO with SVETA LAB

You take the order from your client, collect their body measurements via our standardized measurement form, and forward the request. We handle drafting, cutting, bonding, and direct fulfillment.

STEP 1
Customer Order Intake

Your customer selects the design on your platform and submits their 18 primary body measurements.

STEP 2
Digital CAD Translation

Our pattern technicians verify measurement coherence and generate individual 2D cut pieces.

STEP 3
Dispatched in 10–14 Days

The completed, QC-inspected garment is dispatched under your brand specifications with tracking.
