Manufacturing Services

Production support without the factory-scale commitment.

01 / PROTOTYPE
Prototype Development

Test a new design before committing to production. Sample iterations built to resolve paneling, ease, and hardware behavior.

02 / MTM
Made-to-Measure

Produce individual garments for different customer body profiles without requiring a brand to hold inventory in every size.

03 / BATCH
Small-Batch OEM

Low-volume production for independent labels and runway capsules. Scalable from 5 to 100 units per order.

04 / BRAND
Private Label

Garments can be produced under your own brand identity with customized branding, packaging, and specification standards.

Workflow Pipeline

You design. We handle the production.

No large MOQ. No inventory required. No need to be a latex manufacturing expert.

Production Capabilities

Every silhouette is adapted for sheet-latex behavior: negative ease, bonded overlap tolerances, and stress mitigation.
01 / FOUNDATION
Catsuits

Made-to-measure and custom configuration with calibrated joint curves, seated drop-crotch geometry, and seamless zip installations.

02 / CORE
Bodysuits

Custom neckline, sleeve, and closure options designed for wearability under tailored outerwear or standalone runway styling.

03 / SEPARATES
Tops

Fitted tops, crop tops, and structured architectural styles with reinforced edge finishing.

04 / SEPARATES
Skirts

Mini, pencil, and fitted silhouettes with internal waist facing and zero-curl hem construction.

05 / TAILORED
Dresses

Simple fitted and structured latex dresses, balancing tension across contour seams.

06 / ATELIER
Custom Projects

Existing designer concepts reviewed case by case for sculptural, stagewear, and non-standard garment shapes.

Precision Anatomical Fit

Built around the body, not a generic size label.

Made-to-measure orders use customer-specific body measurements rather than relying only on standard garment sizes. Sheet latex requires precise tension distribution to sit cleanly without bagginess or excessive strain.

Our structured measurement workflow allows brands to offer true bespoke fit to their clients on demand without holding pre-manufactured stock.

Material Engineering

Material is part of the engineering.

Sheet latex behaves differently depending on thickness, stretch, finish and intended structure. Material recommendations are made according to the design rather than appearance alone.

CALIBER
Thickness Grading

Light (0.25–0.35mm) for delicate draping and translucent overlays.

Medium (0.40–0.45mm) for structural catsuits and tailored separates.

Heavy (0.50–0.80mm) for outerwear and corset reinforcement.

FINISH
Surface Behavior

Opaque solids, translucent smoky sheers, or high-transmission transparent grades. Chlorinated or silicone luster treatments applied based on wearability requirements.

SELECTION
Thickness ≠ Quality

Higher gauge does not mean superior garment performance. Caliber is selected strictly by joint tension, stretch mechanics, and silhouette support.

Low-Risk Development

Start with one piece.

Independent brands should not need to order fifty garments just to test one idea.

Validate your market demand with single-piece samples, runway prototypes, or small pre-order drops. When a style succeeds, scale into low-volume production batches seamlessly.
