PRODUCTION SERVICE FRAMEWORK

Terms of Production Service

These general terms describe the framework for SVETA development and production services. The written quotation, invoice, approved specification and any signed project agreement define the commercial details for each engagement.

1. Scope & Quotation

Project scope, deliverables, pricing, timing assumptions and material availability are confirmed in writing. Changes to design, fit, quantity, finish or delivery requirements may require a revised quotation or schedule.

2. Client Materials & Intellectual Property

Ownership of original materials supplied by the client remains with the client or their respective rights holder. Ownership and permitted use of project-specific deliverables created during development are governed by the written quotation or project agreement. SVETA does not intentionally reuse confidential client designs for another client.

3. Development, Sampling & Approval

Sampling is used to review fit, construction, material behaviour and finish. Feedback and approval milestones are documented in the project record. Approved pattern revisions are version-controlled for subsequent production.

4. Handmade Production

Sheet-latex garments are cut, bonded and finished by hand. Minor variation may occur between pieces and material batches. Project-specific tolerances, inspection criteria and remedies should be confirmed in the quotation or approved specification.

5. Material & Care

Colour, thickness, surface and availability can vary by production stock and supplier batch. Final material selection is confirmed during development. Relevant storage, dressing and care guidance is provided with the project where applicable.

6. Payment, Changes & Cancellation

Payment stages, deposits and cancellation terms are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Work begins after the required confirmation and payment for that stage. Completed development work, sourced materials and committed production costs may be non-refundable as specified in writing.

7. Delivery & Inspection

Shipping method, destination responsibilities and estimated timing are confirmed per project. Clients should inspect delivered work promptly and report any concern with supporting photographs and order details so it can be reviewed against the approved specification.

8. Confidentiality

Our approach to design files and unreleased work is described on the IP & Confidentiality page. Project-specific NDA requests can be sent to [email protected].
