DESIGN INTEGRITY & ASSET HANDLING

IP & Confidentiality

SVETA works with unreleased designs, technical files and measurement information. This page explains how those materials are handled during project review, development and production.

1. Client Materials

Ownership of sketches, tech packs, patterns, brand assets and other materials supplied by the client remains with the client or their respective rights holder. SVETA uses submitted materials only to review, quote, develop and produce the agreed project.

2. Confidential Use

Client materials are not sold, licensed or intentionally reused for another client. Access may be provided only to people or production partners who need the information to carry out the agreed work and who are expected to handle it confidentially.

3. Publication & Portfolio Use

Unreleased designs and project visuals are not published as SVETA portfolio content without the client’s prior written permission. Any approved credit, timing or confidentiality restriction should be recorded as part of the project correspondence.

4. Project Records

Project correspondence, approved pattern revisions and measurement records may be retained where needed to complete the work, support agreed re-orders, maintain business records or meet applicable legal obligations. Deletion or export requests are reviewed against those requirements.

5. NDAs & Project-Specific Terms

A mutual non-disclosure agreement can be discussed before detailed files are submitted. Where a signed NDA or project agreement contains different confidentiality terms, that signed agreement governs the relevant project.
