Fit Mapping

Fit allowance is reviewed by body region against the selected material, intended silhouette and expected movement.

Seam Architecture

↓ Review

Panel lines are assessed for dressing access, movement and stress concentration. Reinforcement is reserved for the openings and junctions identified during sampling.

Entry & Closure

↓ Review

Back-entry routes and collar clearance are compared before the closure position is approved for the prototype.

Assembly.

A physical first sample uses solvent-based adhesive bonding so seam placement, movement, entry and overall fit can be reviewed on form. Findings are documented before the approved pattern revision is used for production.
